3. CCTV Data Usage and AI Processing

Our AI system processes video frames in real-time or near-real-time to classify surface cleanliness. Key points:

• Video frames are processed and discarded within seconds.
• Only classification results (Clean/Unclean), timestamps, and zone identifiers are stored.
• No facial recognition is performed on any video data.
• CCTV footage is never shared with third parties.
• You retain full ownership of your camera infrastructure and raw footage.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties, except:

• Payment processors (Razorpay) for transaction processing
• Email service providers for sending notifications

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Cleanliness report data is retained for 12 months from the date of creation. Payment records are retained for 7 years for legal compliance.
