1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QingSight's AI monitoring platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our service.
2. Description of Service
QingSight provides an AI-powered CCTV cleanliness monitoring system that detects surface cleanliness, generates automated reports, and sends email alerts via a subscription-based model.
3. User Accounts
- You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- One user account per person/organization unless enterprise terms apply.
4. Subscription Plans
- Subscriptions are billed for the duration specified in the plan.
- Plans auto-expire at the end of the subscription period.
- Renewal is the responsibility of the user.
- Trial period is 10 days and is available once per user.
5. Payment Terms
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
- Razorpay payments are activated instantly upon successful payment.
- Manual payments (UPI/Bank Transfer) require admin verification within 2-4 business hours.
- Failed payments will result in subscription not being activated.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful surveillance or monitoring
- Violate any applicable privacy laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the AI system
- Share account credentials with unauthorized persons
- Use the service to infringe on individuals' rights to privacy
7. CCTV Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your CCTV deployment complies with local laws and regulations, including obtaining necessary permits, displaying appropriate notices, and respecting individuals' privacy rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
QingSight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 3 months.
9. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be notified 24 hours in advance.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
