Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers if:
- The refund request is made within 7 days of subscription activation.
- Less than 20% of the subscription period has been used.
- The account has not violated our Terms & Conditions.
- The request is for your first paid subscription (trial users are not eligible).
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Renewals of existing subscriptions
- Accounts terminated for policy violations
- Partial refunds for unused subscription days
- Free trial accounts
- Custom enterprise solutions
3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at refunds@qingsight.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Transaction ID or payment reference
- Reason for the refund request
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method:
- Razorpay payments: 5-7 business days
- UPI payments: 1-3 business days
- Bank transfers: 7-10 business days
5. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops renewal but does not result in a refund for the remaining period unless eligible under Section 1.
